Raving Review. My health journey truly took off when I met and have continued to train with Teia. As women we lose ourselves and oh boy does she help you find your best version. I learned discipline is a choice - tired, life, kids, job - do it anyway. I see myself not missing an opportunity to train with her because she’s showing up for me, for us. No excuses. God driven and faith based Teia has blessed me beyond a gym experience.
