Lit Fit

This is a full-body workout class that focuses on muscle toning and enhancing endurance through a powerful blend of CrossFit and boot camp styles. Each class is designed to burn calories, shred inches, and deliver an all-around fit experience.

STRETCH FIT

An uplifting, full body stretch class, that invites the Lord into the atmosphere as we loosen and stretch out our muscles. This class is designed for all ages and all fitness levels from beginner to more advanced. Come and see what the Lord is doing through fitness!

AB FIT

This class is designed to target the core. We will work on multiple exercises and moves that will focus on ab and oblique muscles. This class is designed for all ages and all fitness levels from beginner to more advanced! Come see what the Lord is doing through fitness!
